Software is built fastest when the people designing it, building it, and operating it are the same small team.

That principle shapes how we work. We don't have account managers or project managers. We have senior practitioners: designers who can code, engineers who think about UX, operators who've shipped products and run businesses. Every project is run by the people doing the work.

It's not a model that scales infinitely. We turn down more projects than we take. The ones we accept get the senior team's attention, every day they're in flight.
